Megan D’Souza

Megan (Oldfield) D’Souza has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Megan is currently working as the Chief Operations Officer at Moncel since January 2022. Prior to this, Megan held the position of Head of Finance at Moncel from November 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining Moncel, Megan worked at HomeStars, where they held various roles. These include Chief Operating Officer from September 2020 to November 2021, GM & SVP, Operations from July 2020 to September 2020, VP, Strategy and Finance from April 2018 to July 2020, Director of Finance from January 2017 to March 2018, Controller from July 2016 to December 2016, and Revenue Analyst from April 2015 to June 2016.

Prior to their tenure at HomeStars, Megan worked as the Finance and Operations Manager at Brandy Melville Canada from March 2013 to March 2015. Megan started their career as an Accounting Coordinator at MCW Group of Companies in 2006 and held the position until February 2013. Megan also briefly worked as a Project Cost Analyst at Greater Toronto Airports Authority from September 2007 to December 2007.

Megan (Oldfield) D'Souza has pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Management Economics in Industry and Finance at the University of Guelph.
