Joel Chartier, B.Ing., is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and system architecture. Currently serving as the Lead Developer at Mondata since July 2025, Joel previously worked as a Solution Architect at WorkJam, where responsibilities included translating organizational requirements into effective system architectures. As CTO of ChallengeU from October 2019 to June 2025, Joel managed cloud infrastructure, designed SaaS solutions, and led a development team throughout the software development lifecycle. Prior roles include Tech Lead and Full Stack Developer at Solutions Medias 360, where Joel focused on back-end development and coaching. Additional experience includes positions at École de technologie supérieure, Sologlobe Logistics Inc, and Extenway Solutions Inc. Joel holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from École de technologie supérieure and has pursued additional training in AWS and Elasticsearch.
