The purpose of Monday Courage is to walk with people as they wrestle with life in a variety of contexts.  The person who struggles at home in marriage will also struggle at work in the C-suite.  You cannot remove people from the context of life.  We bring home to work and work to home.  Monday Courage takes a non-judgmental approach to helping people take an inventory of their most important relationships and figure out who they are in the context of those relationships.
