Adi Dar is the Chief Operating Officer at monday.com, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Adi served as the CEO, Founder, and Board Member of Cyberbit from September 2015 to May 2024, where the company gained recognition as a leader in the Cyber Skills Development and Training category by the Forrester Wave Report in Q4 2023. Prior roles include CEO of Elop (Elbit Systems Electro Optics) from January 2009 to September 2015, during which Adi oversaw significant growth and profitability, as well as an Executive Vice President at Elbit Systems, where strategic initiatives and M&A activities were led. Earlier roles included VP of Sales & Marketing at Elop and General Manager of Elbit's Intelligence division, where foundational technologies were developed. Adi holds a Master’s Degree from Tel Aviv University and has studied at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
