Ben Pryor

Ben Pryor is a Senior Customer Success Manager at monday.com since September 2021, with previous experience as a Scale Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Enterprise Trainer at Microsoft from December 2017 to September 2021. In these roles, Ben was instrumental in driving adoption of Microsoft’s Modern Workplace suite and customizing training for enterprise accounts. Additionally, Ben represented Microsoft Store Sydney as an NRF Ambassador in 2020, focusing on product demonstrations of Microsoft's Azure and Modern Workplace offerings. Ben's career also includes serving as a Product Advisor and a Community Development Specialist, where responsibilities included organizing events and enhancing customer engagement. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interactivity and Games from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Arts from the Sydney Institute of Business and Technology.
