Dor Simca is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at monday.com since December 2023, Dor has previously held the position of Engineering Leader at Meta from January 2022 to October 2023. Dor's career began in 2002 at the IAF, where the roles included Engineering Manager and Software Engineer.
