Jake Roberts is an experienced professional in bid management and talent acquisition, with a strong background in creating and leading bid processes across various companies, including TrueLayer and Claranet. At TrueLayer, Jake advanced from Bid Manager to Senior Bid Manager, developing a comprehensive Bid Management framework and leading strategic bids throughout Europe. Prior to this, Jake gained valuable experience at Claranet in talent acquisition and bid management, as well as shaping recruitment strategies at ETS Technical Selection Ltd.
