Leora Stilman

Leora Stilman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in knowledge management, customer experience, and education. Currently serving as a Knowledge Manager and Knowledge Expert at monday.com since April 2022, Leora has previously worked as a Customer Experience Advocate. Prior experience includes a role as a Residential Counselor at Soteria Israel, where responsibilities involved care and safety for residents with psychiatric disorders. Leora also worked at the Rothberg International School at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as a Student Life Coordinator, managing a budget and supervising a team while addressing emergency situations and organizing trips. As an Educational Hiking Guide for I Belong Israel, Leora led hiking trips for high school students, while earlier military service as an Instructor in the Combat Engineering Corps involved teaching and developing technology. Leora holds a degree in Psychology, Islam, and Middle Eastern Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
