Or Elmaliah is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications at monday.com since January 2020, with a progression through various senior communications roles. Previously, Or worked at Deloitte from October 2017 to January 2020 in marketing and business development for the Hi-Tech industry, specifically within Deloitte Catalyst, which focuses on innovation and growth. Prior experience includes serving as the Jewish Agency Israel Fellow at Northeastern University Hillel from July 2015 to June 2017, and as Program Director at the Atalef Foundation from October 2012 to August 2015. Or began a military career in the Israel Defence Forces Navy from April 2007 to December 2010. Or holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Government and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
