Currently serving as Software Engineering Team Lead at monday.com since October 2025, Or previously led the Accounting Sync domain at Melio, where responsibilities included integrating financial data across platforms and scaling a backend team. As CTO and Co-Founder of CarWiz.co.il, Or played a pivotal role in transforming the car-buying experience in Israel through comprehensive product and R&D leadership. Earlier experience includes engineering management roles in the Israel Defense Forces, where Or established a DevOps-focused team and led significant architectural transformations in core application infrastructure.
