Roi Kimche

Roi Kimche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and product management in the technology and fintech sectors. Currently serving as Product Group Lead at monday.com since October 2023, Roi previously co-founded and led Fibo, a fintech startup that automated the tax return process, successfully returning over 100 million NIS to users. Roi's career includes roles in partnerships and marketing at 8200 EISP, participation in the Bavaria-Israel Partnership Accelerator, and software engineering with Engie. Roi also served in the Israel Defense Forces as an officer in a special unit, commanding a team of 150 soldiers and officers. Roi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a minor from the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichman University.
