Ron Yakov has extensive experience in financial management and accounting within both public and private sectors. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at monday.com since January 2019, Ron has progressed through multiple roles, including Controller team lead and Assistant Controller. Prior experience includes working at EY from October 2015 to January 2019, providing assurance services for high-tech industry clients and managing the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP. Ron also served as a Financial Analyst at the Israel Ministry of Public Security and as a Manpower Strength Analyst in the Israeli Defense Forces, where significant achievements included receiving a personal award for outstanding performance. Ron holds a degree from The College of Management Academic Studies, obtained between 2012 and 2016.
