Ronen Faier

Ronen Faier currently serves as a Board Member and chair of the audit committee at both Kaltura and monday.com since June and July 2021, respectively. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Ronen has been the Interim Chief Executive Officer at SolarEdge since January 2011. Prior CFO roles include positions at Modu from March 2008 to November 2010, eGlue from November 2007 to March 2008, and SanDisk IL Ltd. (msystems) from July 2004 to October 2007, where Ronen was the last CFO before the company transitioned to a subsidiary of Sandisk. Earlier career experience includes serving as AVP Finance and Corporate Controller at VocalTec Communications from January 1999 to June 2004. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance & IT from Tel Aviv University (1998-2000) and a BA in Accounting and Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1993-1996).
