Tom Harel is a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, currently serving as a Senior Compensation and Benefits Partner at monday.com since November 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Global Compensation and Benefits Domain Lead and Global Sales Compensation Expert at Amdocs from September 2019 to November 2023, as well as a Human Resources Economist and Data Specialist at Osem Nestle from May 2018 to March 2019. Tom began a career in compensation and benefits analysis at Maccabi Health Services from September 2013 to April 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, both obtained at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Tom takes a lead role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with organizational goals.
