Andreea Prodan

Andreea Prodan is an experienced Recruiter Specialist currently at Mondly since April 2022, where efforts focus on enhancing the recruitment process for a leading mobile language learning app. Prior to this role, Andreea worked at Prohuman Romania from March 2021 to April 2022, providing HR services to a diverse client base. Experience also includes serving as Office Manager and Recruiter Specialist at RE/MAX ORIZONT, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and integration of Realtors, and a junior recruiter position at Kronwell Hotel Brasov, managing the full recruitment cycle. Andreea holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Transilvania University of Brasov, obtained in 2023, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Universitatea „Dunărea de Jos” din Galați, completed in 2017.
