The company was founded in 1982 by Marco Zani with the first brand, ZaniSofa in Forlì, one of the main hubs for furniture design in Italy. The company has expanded over the years by integrating two other brands: VerySofa and MadInItaly. In 2008, these brands merged under the new company Mondo Sofa Group, maintaining their distinctive features and separate production lines to meet different market needs.
 
The company has an international network and specialises in sofas, sofa beds, armchairs and accessories for the B2B and B2C markets. The wide range of products, created in collaboration with internationally renowned designers and architects, meets the needs of modern environments in terms of style, reliability and comfort.
