Scott Waugh is the current Sales Team Lead at Mondo. Prior to this, they were the General Manager at Westown Movies from September 2013 to January 2016. Scott provided direction and leadership to the Operations Manager, House Manager, Concessions Manager, Marketing/Advertising Manager, 4 staff leads, and 27 staff members on a daily basis. Scott oversaw a 44,500 sq. ft theater that was in the top 20% of revenue nationwide. Scott helped develop daily procedures for each area's needs prior to opening (Concession, Customer Service, Cashier and Usher). Scott reviewed daily/monthly reports with the owner of the theatre management company to control payroll costs, view concession per capita, P&L statements, and any useful data to keep costs within budget. Scott handled large sums of cash accurately and efficiently. Scott performed human resource duties. Scott managed staff hours/schedules to maximize profit and effectiveness. Scott was responsible for community involvement with town officials and non-profit organizations. Scott worked with private and public vendors to help maintain strong relationships, both personal and business related. Scott excelled in an extremely fast-paced environment efficiently. Scott simplified and negotiated communication with customer service issues. Scott developed disciplinary action form and employee awareness program. Scott made weekly movie schedule and effectively predicted the outcome of how each movie will generate opening weekend.

Scott Waugh studied marketing at Wilmington University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
