Tim Smith

Tim Smith is an experienced product manager and engineer with over a decade of expertise in software development and operations. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Mondoo since March 2022, Tim previously held positions at Chef Software, where significant contributions included rebooting Chef Infra for a new market focus and leading the Chef Infra Client project. Additional experience includes roles as Operations Engineer at Cozy and Webtrends, as well as Senior Systems Engineer at Limelight Networks, where automation and metrics optimization were key achievements. Early career roles included supporting diverse organizations during a stint as a Computer Technician in Antarctica and building foundational technical skills. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Humboldt State University.
