Jithender Chepyala

Jithender Chepyala has extensive work experience in software development and engineering roles. Jithender began their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Software Engineer and later as an ASE. In these roles, they were a member of agile teams and contributed to the development of software products, gaining proficiency in web technologies and the software development life cycle.

Jithender then joined NeoSOFT Technologies as a Senior Software Developer, where they directly dealt with clients' requirements and worked as an end-to-end developer for a social care website. During their time at OLM Group, Jithender worked as a Java/Javascript Developer, focusing on building reusable components using HTML, CSS, YUI, Spring MVC, UML, Hibernate, and REST. Jithender also played a key role in an agile team, providing valuable suggestions to teammates and delivering assigned tasks.

At AlixPartners, Jithender served as a Senior Software Engineer in the Chief Digital Office Team and the ProArch evolution team. Jithender contributed to building cloud-based solutions and worked on various UI software tools as a full-stack developer. Jithender implemented UI components for web platforms and a React wrapper for Microsoft single sign-on authentication module.

Jithender joined ProArch as a Senior Software Engineer, eventually transitioning to roles as Lead Associate, Associate Architect, and ultimately Architect. In these positions, they worked on projects for Mondra, HERO Transformation, AlixPartners, and Manacola. Jithender fulfilled responsibilities such as leading frontend teams, developing digital platforms, and guiding team members to meet sprint deadlines.

Currently, Jithender works at Mondra as a Principal Software Engineer. Jithender is responsible for architecting and developing supply chain visualization and ensuring a rich user experience. Jithender also makes tech decisions and manages CI/CD and cloud services for Mondra's web domains.

Throughout their career, Jithender has gained expertise in various technologies and tools such as React, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, Node, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, UI/UX, and SEO. Jithender is passionate about building digital products that add value to everyday tasks and enhance human life.

Jithender Chepyala earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from GRIET, studying from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their SSC degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Vidhya Vani High School, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Jithender has obtained several certifications, including the IBM Certified Solution Designer - Rational Software Architect from IBM in December 2014, the Oracle Certified Expert, Java EE 6 Web Services Developer from Oracle in August 2014, the Oracle Certified Java Professional from Oracle in August 2013, and the Capital Markets certification as well as the Certificate in Mutual Fund Concepts from Tata Consultancy Services in July 2013.
