Malcolm Locke is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Board Advisor and Interim CFO at Mondra since April 2025, Malcolm plays a crucial role in enhancing environmental performance in the food supply chain. Previously, Malcolm held the position of CFO at Egress Software Technologies, contributing to the growth of a high-profile B2B SaaS business, and served as CFO and COO at Thunderhead.com, a leader in enterprise software for customer experience management. As a co-founder and partner of Everymind Limited, Malcolm provided strategic consultancy to CFOs and CEOs of growth companies. Early career experience includes a role as FP&A Consultant at Sony Mobile Communications. An academic background includes an MBA in Strategy, Finance, and Management from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and professional accreditation from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA, CGMA).
