Tom Holden

Tom Holden is the current Chief Product Officer at Mondra, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they were with AlixPartners from August 2018 to April 2020 as a Product Owner and was responsible for a broad range of products for the management consultancy firm. From June 2018 to August 2018, Tom Holden was an Interim Principal Consultant with Hoare Lea's Intelligent Buildings Group.

Before that, they worked as a Smart Building Consultant on a contract basis with Vanti from January 2017 to January 2018. Tom was responsible for facilitating Smart Building visioning and then turning that vision into business, functional, and non-functional requirements documents, leaning heavily on the UX and software crafting skills and techniques which they had developed over many years of delivery. Their clients included one of the largest property development firms in the UK.

From June 2015 to May 2018, Tom Holden was the Agile Delivery Lead & Coach on a contract basis with Radical Company. Tom then became a Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager / Product Owner with CH58 from April 2015 to April 2020. Their previous role was Senior Project Manager with UBM plc from September 2011 to April 2015.

Tom Holden holds a Bsc in Physics from The University of Edinburgh and has a certification from the Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster. Tom has also studied Computing at Alsager School.

Tom Holden reports to Jason Barrett, CEO & Founder. They work with Vanessa Gunner - CFO, Marco De Sanctis - CTO, and Elyn Patrick - COO.
