Daniela Rella is an accomplished professional with over 15 years of management experience in retail and client services. As the Manager of Partner Effectiveness and Onboarding at Moneris since February 2021, Daniela has previously held positions as an ISV Partner Support Specialist. Daniela founded and owned Naked Red Boutique, a trendy retail space for men and women, and served as President and Owner of Naked Red from 2010 to 2021, demonstrating expertise in team leadership and operations to drive customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Sales Operations and Client Services at RR Donnelley, where significant achievements included managing a substantial client base and enhancing productivity and profitability. Daniela has also held various roles in sales operations and estimating at Moore Corporation, highlighting a strong background in strategic planning and operational efficiencies.
