Guy Charpentier has extensive experience in fraud management and risk compliance, currently serving as Manager of Fraud Management at Moneris Solutions since 2005. In this role, Guy develops and executes the Moneris Fraud Loss Strategy, focusing on proactive fraud detection, loss recovery, prevention strategies, and fraud education. Prior to Moneris, Guy held various positions at TD Canada Trust from 1997 to 2005, including Manager of Fraud, Risk & Compliance, where responsibilities included the development of fraud and risk policies, and Regional Sales Manager, focusing on market share growth for TD Merchant Services. Guy began a career at TD Visa from 1993 to 1997, supervising customer service representatives and fraud analysts. Guy holds a BA (Honours) in Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan and became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2013.
