Michael Monaghan

Michael Monaghan is an experienced leader in product management and production with a focus on advancing diversity and inclusion. As the Director of Product at Moneris since June 2023, Michael oversees the restaurant product division, managing the entire P&L for restaurant merchants and developing the overall strategy. In addition, as the Founder and Producer at Divergent Productions, Michael is dedicated to promoting the creative talents of neurodivergent artists in theatre, film, and television. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Lightspeed HQ, Triton Digital, TapLander, and OneBigPlanet Corp., where Michael has spearheaded product development, marketing strategies, and operational improvements, combined with a strong foundation in web programming and graphic design from Concordia University and Dawson College.
