Pascal Migneault, CPA, CA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Moneris since December 2024. Previously, Pascal held the position of Vice President Finance - Chief Financial Officer at UEAT from July 2020 to February 2025, and worked at R3D as Director of Financial Performance and Mergers & Acquisitions, as well as Corporate Controller from October 2018 to July 2020. Pascal’s earlier experience includes a role as Director at Deloitte Canada in investment banking from May 2012 to October 2018, and positions as Senior Associate and Auditor. Pascal holds a DESS in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke.
