Scott Buchanan

Scott Buchanan has extensive experience in account management and customer service, spanning over two decades at Moneris since 2000. Currently serving as the Manager of National Account Service Management, Scott leads a team responsible for managing relationships with National Accounts, overseeing day-to-day interactions, new account onboarding, service escalations, and account management. Previous roles at Moneris include Manager of Client Integrations, where Scott directed a team focused on complex North American integration projects, and Sr. Manager of Customer Experience Delivery, responsible for enhancing customer support through the service center channel. Earlier positions in the organization involved managing outbound programs and contact center teams, all aimed at improving customer service delivery. Prior to Moneris, Scott worked as an Operations Support Analyst at RBC. Scott holds educational credentials from the University of Ottawa and Laurentian University.
