William Frederick

William Frederick currently serves as Vice President of Total Rewards & DEI at Moneris since October 2021. With extensive experience in the field, William has been the Owner of Total Reward Services since July 2006, providing comprehensive Total Rewards consulting. Previous roles include Director of Total Rewards at MindGeek and Hootsuite, Head of Total Rewards and Info Systems at FedEx Express Canada, and Director of Total Rewards at Lowe’s Companies Canada and Kobo Inc. William's career began in compensation management at BlackBerry and Rogers Communications, where expertise in global compensation regulations and incentives was developed. William holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the Australian Institute of Business.
