Archil M.

Archil M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Archil started their career as an IT Service Desk Specialist at TBC Bank in 2014. In 2016, they completed a summer internship at the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development. From 2017 to 2018, Archil worked at TalTech as an E-Mentor Project Coordinator and also served as an Intern at the business and innovation center Mektory. Archil then joined Betgenius as a Customer/Product Support Agent from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Archil co-founded SIA RIGA BIIT ME RECORD STORE, a music store aiming to infuse their taste and experience into Latvian music culture. Currently, Archil is working at Monese, starting as a Customer Support Representative in 2019 and gradually assuming roles such as Operations Specialist, Banking Ops Specialist, and currently Banking Operations Technology Lead.

Archil M. holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration, Innovation/Industrial Policy, Development Economics, and E-Governance from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology, obtained from 2015 to 2017. Archil also has a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from Tbilisi State University, earned from 2010 to 2014.
