Stephen H. Johnson is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as Head of Sales at Derivative Path since October 2022. Johnson has held various senior roles, including Head of Dallas Office and Global Head of Sales at IHS Markit, where oversight of a $130M P&L and a focus on sales growth were paramount. At Markit, Johnson also led efforts to revitalize loan sales and directed regional sales in the tri-state area. Prior experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan, where leadership in sales performance was critical, and FCS, where rapid advancement occurred during a period of growth. Johnson began a career in finance as a Credit Analyst at TIB, N.A. and holds a BA in Banking and Finance from Mississippi State University.
