For over five generations, the Goodyear family has been committed to preserving and thoughtfully developing the land known as Money Hill. Once a working timber tract and tung oil operation—and later a cherished family campground—Money Hill has evolved into one of the Southeast’s premier private golf and country club communities.

Located just minutes from Downtown Covington and Abita Springs, and only an hour from New Orleans, Money Hill is a gated, master-planned community that offers more than just beautiful homes—it offers a way of life. With elevated architectural standards, curated builder guidance, and an efficient approval process, building your dream home here is both seamless and inspiring. Homesites are available with breathtaking views of the golf course, lakes, or woodlands.

Residents and members enjoy a lifestyle rooted in nature, wellness, and community, with access to:

- A championship golf course and training facilities

- Tennis and pickleball courts, a resort-style pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center

- A 186-acre artesian spring-fed lake and scenic nature trails

- A newly renovated clubhouse featuring the Oak Room, Longleaf Lounge, and Magnolia Ballroom—ideal for weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, and social events.
