Fernn Lim

Fernn Lim currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at audax, a digital banking platform spun out of Standard Chartered, where they oversee key business functions and drive expansion across multiple markets. Recognized as one of the Top 5 Women in Fintech APAC and a member of the Money 20/20 RiseUp Advisory Board, Fernn actively promotes female representation in boardrooms through initiatives with BoardAgender and Deloitte's Board Ready Women. Previously, they were the Head of Culture and Fintech Acceleration at The Open Vault at OCBC, contributing to the establishment of The Open Vault in Malaysia and earning the Asian Banker’s Best Innovation Centre award in 2018. Fernn holds multiple degrees in Mathematics and Innovation Management and has extensive experience in various sectors in both London and Singapore.
