Ruby Muscat is a senior HR leader specializing in people and culture, talent and growth strategy, and strategic HR advisory for impact-driven teams. Ruby has a history of navigating complex environments, having served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Betsson Group and Genesis Global Limited, among other roles. With a strong focus on creating inclusive workplaces, Ruby has extensive experience in talent operations, employee relations, and leadership development. Currently, Ruby is the Head of Human Resources at Moneybase and is exploring future opportunities in meaningful, human-centered work. Ruby holds two master's degrees in Human Resources Management from Idea Academy and the Leadership & Management Institute.
