Nikhila is a co-founder of MoneyPlanned, an AI-driven holistic goal planning platform launched in July 2021, which enables users to manage their financial goals effectively. In addition, Nikhila currently participates in the World Economic Forum, representing India's startup community, and is involved with Forbes India DGEMS, where MoneyPlanned was recognized as one of the Select 200 companies with global business potential. Nikhila has also served as a portfolio founder at Tenity and completed the Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Program aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs. Previous roles include a National Fellow at Shenomics, a strategy consultant for various startups, and team lead coordinator at MASH Project Foundation. Nikhila holds a degree in Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
