Abel Lee

Abel Lee is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with extensive experience at MoneySmart Group since September 2016, currently serving as the General Manager for Singapore and Hong Kong. In this role, Abel oversees the P&L and business strategy for the marketplace business, driving significant growth, including a +30% year-over-year increase in revenue and gross profits for the Singapore market. Previously, as the Head of Insurance, Abel established the department and secured the company’s general insurance broker license, positioning it as Singapore's largest online intermediary distributor of general insurance. Prior to MoneySmart, Abel held the position of Senior Executive Manager at Great Eastern Financial Advisers from February 2006 to June 2016. Abel earned a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance from the Singapore Institute of Management from 2005 to 2008.
