Seth Norman is an AI product and policy leader with a focus on building responsible AI for behavioral health. Currently serving as the Head of Product at MoneyStack since 2025, they provide financial crisis counseling for behavioral health. Prior to this, Seth was a scientific co-founder and chief product officer at Tiatros Inc., where they developed a trauma-informed digital behavioral health platform and achieved significant clinical outcomes. An Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran, Seth held the rank of Captain in the US Army from 2004 to 2009, leading soldiers and overseeing extensive operations. Seth earned an MAPP in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Stanford University.
