Mark Makdad

Founder & Chief Of Platform at Moneytree

Mark Makdad has a wealth of professional experience. Mark began their career in 2004 as a Facility Manager at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In 2006, they joined Wall Street Associates (currently enworld) as a Senior Manager in the Contract Staffing Division. In 2010, they founded and became the Director of Long Weekend LLC, a mobile strategy consulting and software development organization. In 2012, they founded and became the Founder & Head of Platform for Moneytree, a platform that connects individuals and small businesses with financial institutions.

Mark Makdad attended the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies from 2005 to 2006, studying Japanese Language. Prior to that, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a B.A. in East Asian Studies.
