Ahmad Kaba

Ahmad Kaba has a diverse work experience spanning over various industries and roles. Ahmad began their career in 2003 as a Customer Service Advisor at Hutchison Global Services Pvt Ltd and later transitioned to roles such as Team Coach and Team Leader. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant at The Concept Counsel of Management Services before joining Paradise Traders as an Executive in 2015. Ahmad then took up the position of Associate Consultant at Acumen Business Processes (India) Pvt. Ltd in 2017. From 2018 to 2023, they worked at THEOBROMA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED as a Manager in Learning and Development. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Monginis Foods Pvt. Ltd.

Ahmad Kaba completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Mumbai from 2000 to 2002. Ahmad then pursued a Master's degree in Business/Commerce, General at the University of Mumbai from 2017 to 2018. In 2014, Ahmad attended Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS) and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources Development, which they completed in 2017. In 2022, Ahmad attended XLRI Jamshedpur for an Advanced Human Resource Development program. Additionally, they hold certifications in Strategic Human Resources Leadership from Cornell University (obtained in 2023), Organizational Learning and Development from LinkedIn (obtained in 2020), and Situational Leadership: Building Leaders from The Center for Leadership Studies (obtained in 2018).
