Alex Bissell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2011, Alex worked as a Sales Associate at Marriott Hotels until 2013. In 2013, Alex interned at Graduate School USA as an International Institute Intern. Alex then joined BIGEYE as a Marketing and Advertising Intern from January 2014 to May 2014. Following that, Alex worked as a New Business Executive at gyro, a global creative B2B agency, from 2014 to 2016. From 2017 to 2018, Alex assumed the role of Business Development Manager at LEWIS Global Communications, a PR and marketing agency. In 2018, Alex joined Vettery as an Account Executive, responsible for connecting employers and talent through a curated marketplace. In 2019, Alex transitioned to become an Account Manager at Vettery, providing account management and customer support to major accounts. Alex then joined MongoDB in 2020, starting as a Customer Success Manager and progressing to the roles of Senior Customer Success Manager and currently Strategic Customer Success Manager.

Alex Bissell received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Alex obtained a certification as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in July 2023.
