Andrea Bascetta is currently the Lead UX Researcher at MongoDB, where they focus on eliminating assumptions in product design through comprehensive UX research methodologies. Previously, Andrea held positions as a Senior UX Researcher at MongoDB and as a UX Manager at Key Lime Interactive, among others. They experienced early career roles as a Business Development & Program Manager at John Clements Consultants, Inc. and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Andrea earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre and a Master’s degree in Business Management from LUISS Guido Carli University, complemented by an Erasmus exchange program at Aalto University.
