Ava Thompson

Ava Thompson has extensive work experience in executive support roles. Ava most recently worked at MongoDB, starting in 2019. Their roles at MongoDB include Senior Manager of Global Executive Support, Manager of the Executive Support Team, and Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior to MongoDB, Ava worked as an Executive Assistant at Vitruvian Partners and Greenhill & Co. Ava also held the position of Executive Assistant at Scopia Capital Management LP, MacAndrews & Forbes, and Burns & Harris. Ava's earlier experience includes working as a Manager at lovella salon and as a Human Resources Intern at Binghamton University.

Ava Thompson completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Baruch College Campus High School from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in mentoring from Mentorloop in October 2022.
