Britt Smith

Britt Smith is an experienced professional with a background in customer success management, data consulting, and project management. They have held various roles in different companies, showcasing their ability to adapt and excel in diverse environments.

Britt's most recent role is as a Senior Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, where they have been since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from February 2022.

Before joining MongoDB, Britt worked at Avanade as a Data & AI Senior Consultant in the Advisory division from November 2021 to February 2022. In this role, they provided guidance to clients on data strategies, data platform transformations, and the establishment of data science teams.

Before Altius, Britt worked at Transforming Systems, where they held two roles. First, as a Data And BI Analyst| Project Manager from June 2018 to May 2019, they were responsible for managing projects and ensuring clear communication between the business and technical teams. Second, as a Data Analyst from May 2017 to June 2018, they focused on organizing, mining, and transforming data for various nationwide projects.

Britt began their career at Dell as an IT Associate in the IT Leadership Program. In this role, they worked on configurating the SAP Sales Solution in collaboration with both the business and IT teams from July 2015 to December 2016.

Britt Smith holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business. They also have a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Big Data and Business Intelligence from the University of Greenwich.
