Carly Emery

Carly Emery has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Carly started their career at Conde Nast in 2008, working as a Creative Services Associate for Glamour Magazine. In 2009, they joined Karen Harvey Consulting as a Project Manager, focusing on Design Recruitment. Carly'snext move was to Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2011, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager for West Elm Corporate. Carly then joined Sprinklr in 2015 as a Senior Recruiter and remained with the company until 2017. In 2018, they joined TrendKite as a Senior Recruiter for a short period before joining MongoDB in 2019. At MongoDB, Carly has held various roles, starting as a Senior Sales Recruiter and progressing to Sales Recruiting Lead for North America. Currently, they serve as the Manager of Sales Recruitment for North America.

Carly Emery attended Mercyhurst University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Fashion Merchandising. In 2008, they also attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Advertising Marketing Communications in 2009.
