Caroline Kurth has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the accounting and finance field. Caroline started their career as a CG Avery Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Central Florida, where they conducted data entry and analysis and researched papers related to accounting and psychology. Caroline then worked as an Audit and Tax Undergraduate Intern at Moss, Krusick & Associates, LLC, where they gained experience in on-site audit fieldwork, corporate tax returns, and administrative tasks.
Caroline joined Gregory L. Ashcraft, CPA, P.A. as a Seasonal Tax and Administrative Assistant, where they provided assistance with tax-related tasks. Caroline then moved on to Gerson Lehrman Group as an Analyst, Accountant II, where they had the opportunity to work with a wide range of companies, providing access to primary research and connecting clients with relevant insights.
Caroline's next role was at MongoDB, where they started as a Finance, Order to Cash Specialist before progressing to the position of Finance, Supervisor - Orders and Billing. Caroline then became the Manager of Accounting Operations and eventually was promoted to Senior Manager, overseeing the accounting operations team. Currently, Caroline holds the position of Director of Accounting Operations at MongoDB.
Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated their expertise in accounting operations, financial management, and tax compliance. Caroline has strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in various accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Caroline Kurth pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the UCF College of Business, starting in the year 2007 and completing it in 2012.
