Chloe Mann

Chloe Mann is a seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter at MongoDB, with a robust background in recruitment and team leadership. Prior to their current role, Chloe served as a Lead Tech Recruiter at Andiamo Partners, where management of a recruitment team was a key responsibility. Chloe has also contributed to the Young Women's Alliance as a Committee Member, supporting the development of a community focused on professional and personal growth for women in Austin. Earlier in their career, Chloe had a successful tenure as a professional athlete, excelling as a Middle Blocker across various volleyball teams, including participation in the CEV Champions League. Chloe holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems and Operations Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, both from the University of Florida.
