Customer Success Manager, Onboarding at MongoDB

Christopher Rubio has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Christopher began their career as a Bellman at St. Regis Bahía Beach Resort in 2010 and later worked as a Front Desk Agent at The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Valet at Colcord Hotel and then at 21c Museum Hotels. In 2017, Christopher joined Love's Travel Stops as an Inside Sales Account Manager, where they contributed to business growth by building trust-based partnerships with fleet managers and CEOs. Christopher also worked as a Fleet Sales Intern during this time. Christopher transitioned to the tech industry in 2020, joining MongoDB. Christopher started as an Account Development Representative and later became a Senior Account Development Representative. In 2021, they took on the role of Cloud Account Executive, where they ensured that MongoDB performed optimally for developers in North America and Latin America by fostering relationships and providing necessary resources. Currently, Christopher serves as a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, where they continue to support developers and optimize MongoDB Atlas.

Christopher Rubio completed their education from various institutions. From 2015 to 2018, they attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing - Professional Sales. Prior to that, Christopher completed their high school education at Redlands East Valley from 2005 to 2009, earning a High School Diploma.

Christopher also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skillset. In February 2019, they completed "The Python Bible" course at Udemy. Furthermore, in September 2018, they obtained a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp.

Aside from their formal education, Christopher also pursued further skills in web design through freeCodeCamp, focusing on Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. The exact timeframe of this experience is not specified.
