Dani Larson

Dani Larson currently serves as Chief of Staff at MongoDB, focusing on strategic operations within the Solution Consulting organization since September 2024. Additionally, Dani is involved in fractional people strategy at Daybreak Health and works as an Operations Consultant at Domestique. Previously, Dani held the position of Chief of Staff at Bonusly, where responsibilities included executive team integration, operations leadership, and investor relations, contributing to a successful $19M Series B fundraising. Dani's extensive experience also includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations at GAN, where leadership was focused on operational effectiveness and strategic management. Earlier roles included Director of Strategic Accounts at TransPerfect and Sales Manager at Hotel Boulderado. Dani's educational background includes completion of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and French Language/Literature from Gonzaga University.
