Senior Program Manager - Enterprise Initiatives at MongoDB

Daphne Kim has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles.

Most recently, they worked at MongoDB as a Program Manager, focusing on GTM (go-to-market) and Product Commercialization, starting in September 2021.

Before that, Daphne worked at Flexport from November 2018 to August 2021, primarily as a Senior Program Associate in Compliance. During this time, they also held the role of Compliance Operations Associate from November 2018 to March 2020.

Prior to Flexport, Daphne worked at LegalNature as a Product Support Administrator from February 2018 to June 2018.

Daphne'sexperience also includes working at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as a Corporate Finance Legal Assistant from June 2012 to September 2014, and again from March to July 2016.

Additionally, Daphne worked at AllianceBernstein as a Senior Legal Assistant in Mutual Funds from September 2014 to February 2016.

Daphne began their career as an Online Strategy Intern at Gates Ventures in June 2011.

Daphne Kim has an extensive education history that includes both undergraduate and graduate studies. Daphne obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, where they graduated with honors in 2012. During their time at the University of Pennsylvania, they also participated in a Semester Abroad program at CERGE-EI, focusing on Central European Studies in 2011.

In 2016, Daphne Kim pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Esade, completing the program in 2017. Additionally, they obtained the Credential of Readiness from HBX | Harvard Business School in December 2016, further enhancing their business knowledge and skills.

Continuing their education, in 2017, Daphne Kim engaged in an international study tour as part of their ESADE MBA at the Graduate School of Business - University of Cape Town. During this study tour, they explored the field of study known as "The New Power of Frontier Markets."

To complement their academic qualifications, Daphne Kim also holds two certifications. In 2020, they obtained the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations - Cat 3 & IMO IMDG certification from IATA Training, which demonstrates their expertise in handling hazardous materials.
