David Fester

David Fester has a diverse work experience in the software industry. David currently works at MongoDB as a Regional Director, a role they started in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at MongoDB as a Strategic Account Director from February 2022 to August 2022. Before joining MongoDB, David held the position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive at IBM from April 2021 to January 2022.

David also has a long history with IBM, starting in 2010. At IBM, they held various positions such as Software Sales Manager - Cyber Security from January 2020 to April 2021, Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Retail and Telco from July 2015 to December 2019, Enterprise Account Executive Information Management - Telco & Media from July 2013 to June 2015, and Software Sales - Financial Services Sector from July 2012 to July 2013.

In their roles at IBM, David was responsible for managing key customer relationships, advising clients on software strategies, and generating revenue through sales. David worked with various industries, including retail, telecommunications, media, and financial services.

In addition to their roles at IBM, David also worked as a Global Process Services Pricer at IBM from July 2010 to August 2011.

David Fester attended Prior Pursglove 6th Form College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued their A Levels in Economics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physical Education. David then went on to study at Loughborough University from 2008 to 2012, where they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree with Honors in Information Management and Business Studies.
