Ed Wills

Ed Wills has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the technology and training industry. Ed is currently employed at MongoDB as a Senior Manager of Customer Training Services. Prior to that, they worked at Unity as a Global GTM Manager and Head of Professional Training Services Sales. During their time at Unity, Ed achieved significant revenue growth and pioneered a Unity Future Workforce Development Centre of Excellence program. Before joining Unity, Ed held positions at VMware, Silvercove Consulting, gpxs services ag, Darest, BlackBerry, Mekon Ltd, Rooster, and Porter Novelli, where they gained experience in sales, management, and consulting roles related to education services, training programs, and professional development.

Ed Wills completed their BA Honours in English from the University of Plymouth between 1994 and 1997. In 1998 and 1999, they obtained a Diploma in PR (NUJ Accredited) from the London School of Public Relations. In 2008, they enrolled in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) where they pursued a Certificate in Business Accounting in the field of Management Accounting. Apart from these educational achievements, they also obtained the VMware Certified Associate - Digital Business Transformation certification from VMware in April 2018.
