Throughout their career, Elder has achieved significant results in increasing revenue, acquiring new customers, and expanding business in Brazil. Elder holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and postgraduate and bachelor's degrees in business administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and FIAP, respectively.
